LEKAREEM began with a simple yet powerful idea to bring an irresistible taste of shawarma to the bustling streets of LEBANON.


Founded by KARIM ABI KHALIL in 2012, our journey started with a dedication to quality, flavor, and customer satisfaction specialized in authentic Modern Lebanese Shawarma, starting from high-quality equipment to sharp chefs and dedicated team members for a modernized savor sandwich


Inspired by Karim’s cherished recipes and fueled by a desire to share our culinary heritage, we set out to create a dining destination where every bite tells a story.

EXPERIENCE / TRAINING 

Owner of LEKAREEM, chef KARIM ABI KHALIL grew up in Lebanon with a passion for food, he traveled the world experiencing different cuisines, attending cooking courses all over the world, and graduated from the best culinary schools.

Combining his experience with his roots he made cooking a second nature for him.
